Terms of Service

1. Service

Volum Invest AS (Org.nr 937 601 883) provides a subscription-based quantitative signal service. The service delivers systematic, algorithmically generated investment signals, rankings, and related content. The service constitutes general investment recommendations under MAR Article 20 and is not personalised investment advice.

2. Eligibility

The service is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age and who have sufficient knowledge and experience to evaluate the merits and risks of investment decisions. By subscribing, you confirm that you understand the risks associated with investing in financial markets and that you are willing and able to bear those risks.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Access to the signal service requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe, with the chosen tier governing the scope of access. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by Norwegian consumer protection law (angrerettloven), which grants a 14-day withdrawal right for distance purchases. To exercise this right, contact support@voluminvest.com within 14 days of your initial purchase. The withdrawal right does not apply to renewals.

4. Intellectual property and acceptable use

All content, signals, models, methodologies, and software provided through the service are the intellectual property of Volum Invest AS. Subscribers may use the signals for personal investment decisions only. Redistribution, resale, republishing, scraping, or systematic reproduction of the signals or content is prohibited without prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy. Volum Invest AS is not liable for any trading losses, opportunity costs, or other damages arising from use of the service. The maximum aggregate liability of Volum Invest AS to any subscriber under any circumstances shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by that subscriber in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Privacy

By subscribing, you consent to the collection and processing of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We process data in accordance with the GDPR and Norwegian data protection law.

7. Termination

Volum Invest AS reserves the right to terminate a subscription and revoke access if the subscriber violates these terms, including but not limited to redistribution of signal content. Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

8. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be resolved through Oslo tingrett. Before initiating legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt resolution through the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) complaint process where applicable.
